The process is pretty simple.

  2. After we have reviewed your house we will provide you with a full cash-no obligation offer in 1-24 hours. 
  3. Once you accept, we will go to title, open escrow then you pick up your money at title on the closing date of your choice.

Yes. Even if the house has a tenant, we are still interested in making you an offer on the house.

No there is no obligation whatsoever and we will NOT charge you a fee or commission for anything. We make our money after we purchase the house from you and repair it, then sell it so we don’t charge the home seller anything. 

Depending on our goal and plan for your house, sometimes we fix it then rent it or we will completely remodel and sell it. If we do the second one it will go on the MLS after all remodels are done.

  • Time it will take to renovate (3-6 months)

  • Cost of holding the property until it is ready to sell which includes any loans, the utilities, the insurance, taxes and more.

Yes if we work quickly, most all lender would prefer to receive the payment on their loan rather than tanking on the property. It is also benefit to you that a foreclosure does not go on your credit.

No, we will make the repairs and renovate the house AFTER we have bought it from you.

Our offers usually stand for 30 days or 3o days till the expiration date  but most homeowners find our offer attractive that they usually accept quickly.
